Our Services

Safari planning, gorilla permits, 4x4 car hire, airport transfers, lodges and flights, arranged by one team in Kampala.

Most of what makes a safari work happens before you land: the permit bought on the right day, the vehicle that suits the roads, the lodge that fits the season and the transfer that is waiting when your flight comes in. We handle all of it, across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zanzibar and Ethiopia, as one plan with one planner.

A planner on the end of the phone for the whole trip.

How We Put It Together

You can book a single service, such as an airport transfer or a gorilla permit with a vehicle, or a complete trip where we arrange everything from arrival to departure. Either way, a planner confirms each piece in writing before you travel and stays reachable while you are on the road.

What Each Service Covers

Tailor-Made Safari Planning

Tell us what you want from the trip and a planner in Kampala drafts the route, the lodges and the pace, then reworks it with you until it fits. One person handles it from first message to last transfer.

Gorilla & Chimp Permits

Permits sell out months ahead in the busy seasons. We secure them with Uganda Wildlife Authority and the Rwanda Development Board as soon as your dates are set, then build the rest of the trip around them.

4×4 Car Hire

A private 4x4 with a pop-up roof and a driver-guide who stays with you for the whole trip. Self-drive hire can be arranged on request for experienced drivers, with a vehicle briefing before you set off.

Airport Transfers

Your driver tracks the flight, waits at arrivals with your name and takes you to your first night. Departures are timed around check-in, not guesswork, including the long drive back from the parks.

Hotel & Lodge Reservations

We book the lodges, camps and city hotels on your route, matched to your budget and to what each park is like at that time of year, and confirm every night in writing before you travel.

Domestic & Charter Flights

Scheduled and charter flights to airstrips in Bwindi, Murchison, Kidepo, the Mara and the Serengeti, with luggage limits and connections worked out so the flying fits the rest of the plan.

Visa & Entry Guidance

We tell you which visas your route needs, including the East Africa Tourist Visa for Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda, point you to the official portals and check your documents line up with the itinerary.

Professional Driver-Guides

Your driver-guide reads the park, finds the animals and handles the logistics on the road, from park gates to fuel stops, so your attention stays on what is outside the window.

Group, School & MICE Travel

Larger groups get their own planning: vehicles and guides sized to the group, meeting venues in Kampala, Kigali or Nairobi, and short safari extensions around a conference or event.

Honeymoons & Celebrations

Honeymoons, anniversaries and milestone birthdays planned with the small things in place: the right room, a private dinner in the bush, and a few slow days on Zanzibar at the end.

Mountain Climbs

Park fees, guides, porters, cooks and gear for the big climbs, with acclimatisation built into the route and rest days before and after on safari or the coast.

Support While You Travel

If a flight changes, a road washes out or you simply want to stay somewhere longer, the planner who built the trip is reachable and sorts it out on the ground.
